I didn’t build Tanner Records just to make music—I built it to stand for something.
Music has always been powerful to me. It’s more than sound—it’s influence, it’s healing, it’s truth. And I saw a space in the industry where that purpose was starting to get lost. Too much noise, not enough meaning. That’s where Tanner Records came from—a decision to create something real, something lasting.
This label is also deeply personal. Tanner Records carries the name and legacy of my father, Sylvester Bernell Clinton-Tanner. Everything I build here is rooted in honoring him—his strength, his values, and the impact he had on my life. This isn’t just a business. It’s legacy work.
Through Little Dipper Media LLC, I’ve made it my mission to produce music at the highest level—clean, professional, industry-standard sound—but also music that means something. Music that speaks to people. Music that can uplift, heal, and connect.
